8.1 – Dynamic font resizing

Dynamic font resizing is a useful feature to allow iGUI automatically resize font size on different resolutions. To enable dynamic font resizing first you have to enable it from iGUIRoot. Then you can easily enable dynamic font resizing for any element by setting a value higher than zero to its dynamic font size property (or a corresponding similar property). A value of zero means dynamic font sizing is disabled for that element. iGUI handles all dynamic font size values relative to the corresponding element’s height. For example, if you have a button with a height of 20 pixels and you set the dynamic font size property to 0.5 then the font size of the button will be 20*0.5 = 10 pixels.

Dynamic font resizing for mobile devices is supported on Unity 4.1 and up only.
